From Letter from my daughter next week is 4th week and they call it Hell Week!  Say lots of prayers!  She said it is getting harder by the day!  She cant wait to get that Sailor Hat and have fun at battle stations! and the Captains Cup!  She said they tallk about the things they miss like theater popcorn and steak!!!!  LOL

Thank you very much for the update cmadon . I have only received 1 letter & been worried

Thank you for letting us know.  Pray every day!! Can Hell Week really be any worse than what they have already been through?? So glad to hear they are actually looking ahead.  What is Captains Cup??

Captains Cup is the Saturday before Graduation.  It is a sports commpetition.  I think they have basketball, running, other sports.  The division that wins get an Olympic Flag!  It sounds like a lot of fun for them after all they have been doing!!!  Usually they post pictures on FB at their US Navy Training Command site.  Have you gone on that one?  There are pictures on it from various things....not sure if our division is in the pics since I didn't see my daughter but you never know!  It is worth getting a FB account just to see.  I love when they post pictures!!!!

Thanks... yes, I scan the Navy RTC on FB several times a day hoping for a glimpse of my sailor! So glad they will get to have some fun at some point during this process..

Attention everyone with an SR in Ship 09/Div 209: I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY MY SR THAT OUR NEXT CALL WILL BE THIS FRIDAY THE 15th BETWEEN 4 and 7! Keep your phones turned up!
