Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 355-356.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the main wall to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I just got a Letter from my SR. He said that he is changing ships on 10/19 to Ship 11 USS Kearsarge Div 355. I have know idea why or if that's good or bad... Does anyone know?

candy5000 are all the 9/355 switching?

Candys5000, where was your SR originally, what ship and division?

Scaredmom, It would not be the whole division I wouldn't think. There was some changes a few months back for entire division, but that was do to repairs needed.

Sorry it's taken so long to reply but I was out of town for the weekend. I have no idea what's going on...:( . I don;t understand why he's changing or why the div isn't I'm going to try to get some ansers today by calling  RTC Public Affairs to see if they can help

He was on ship 09 div 355. I call RTC to see if his graduation date changed and they said that if it did I would have gotten a phone call. So I don't know. Hopefully I'll find out more today because he told me that he has a scheduled call today so we'll see....

My son said in his letter that he was switching ships on Oct. 19th, although he did not say to which ship.  He is in division 355.

My SR said that they were moving on the 19th also. They moved to Ship 11 USS Kearsarge but no need to change address they will forward mail. Apparently it was just for repairs to USS Kennedy

Yep its due to repairs thats why some SR's didnt mention it because they are going to forward ther mail for them.

I'm not sure. Though my bf sent me a letter saying he was gonna be switching ships soon. Maybe all DIV 356's are?

Has anyone received a call today or yesterday? My son said he had a scheduled call for yesterday but never heard from him.. ..

I know my SR said that he would call yesterday too! But I never heard from him either. ;(

Hope no one got in trouble.. .
