Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 037 & 038

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hellooo, Hellooo I feel like I am lost in space and have made contact with the unknown....My son is graduating on December 21st and have so many questions. From where to stay for graduation....

I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who feels lost. I really appreciate this site. It has been so informative. My son is SHIP 11 Div 037. I haven't gotten a letter from him yet, except for the form letter. Still have so many questions.

Roz1008, My son is also on SHIP 11 Div 037. I got the forma letter and two phone calls. The first for 26 seconds. :(  And just yesterday for 18 min. He needed information for security clearance...But I have not received a real letter either. He told me they can only write on Sundays and then probably mail it on Monday. I had written him two and he had not received either one.

We just got our letter YIPPEEEEEE !!!! Ran to the mailbox with all the letters and a late birthday card (his bday was yesterday).... So glad this is here, can't wait to see everyone on the 21st :)

We received our letter today!!!!!  Looking forward to sending our SR mail.

We received our letter today also, I really needed it because I was feeling down but just seeing his writing helped me. We are looking forward to seeing our son also in Dec, best of luck to your recruit

I also got my letter today.  Such a relief.  It was great just to see his handwriting.

still no form letter...my maillady is tired of being stalked by me I think :(

HI everyone!!  Got my letter on Saturday as I was leaving my house.  I was sooooo excited that I had to backup all the way down the driveway (I have a long driveway) so I could show my husband!  I felt like I won the lottery!!!! Now to find airline tickets!!!!

@robinbird1...I also got mine Saturday as I was leaving...I also backed up the driveway, I ran in the house and grabbed all my letters, addressed them and took off to the post office. I hope the Christmas break comments are true!!  Made my Monday!  Then I seen the comment about it was only confirmed for "A" school so far and now I'm tensed up again! Keeping my fingers crossed!

Recieved my letter yesterday! Super excited! Look forward to seeing you all there and lets remember to pray for our SR's! Yayyyy Div 037
