Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 031 & 032

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I received a letter from my boyfriend yesterday, November 23, and he said he should be able to call today. I can't wait to hear his voice! He also mentioned in his letter that he will be coming home for Christmas, which is so exciting! What a great Christmas present! I just hope he can call, so I can get all the information I need to book his flights! :) I am anxiously awaiting his call, the phone hasn't left my side this morning!

Has anyone else heard from their loved one's from Division 32? I was supposed to receive a phone call yesterday, but never did. I am starting to panic because I am not sure how to book his flights home for Christmas because I do not know when he needs to be back on base, and what airport to fly him into. Do any of you ladies have any ideas or information that could help me?! I'm going a little stir crazy here!!

My son, DIV 032 called home Saturday morning. He sounded so much better than the last time we talked. My oldest daughter was home from College for the Thanksgiving holiday so he got a chance to talk to her too.

He had the Ricky crud, which developed into a sinus infection. He was put on antibiotics, he had a F/U in medical on Friday. The Ricky crud landed him in SIQ and light duty for a couple of days, but he is doing much better.

He gave us an email to send the google map for his liberty leave. We are so excited he will get to be with family for Christmas and his birthday. He will call again when with instructions to make his travel arrangements to A School.

I asked him about Battle stations but he said they wont know when BS is until early morning that day.Go Navy!

Yes, I received a similar call Sunday morning as well.  Glad to hear it bc I thought he was just hurrying off the phone to call his gf :-).  I am also worrying about booking his flight without more information but my  SR said he would call later with more details.  I had to send in an itinerary as well.  Hope I did it right...

T-18 days ladies! I am getting excited for PIR!! I hope you all are too! We are almost there! :) :) :)

Bamamom, I did see the coin but wanted to wait to order it, I wanted to get the phone call from my son saying he passed and it came while I was in work tonight. So happy,  best Christmas present ever. I do like the coin , it is beautiful and a nice gift to give to our sailors. I was Christmas shopping  and happened to see the U.S. Navy ornament. I hope everyone has recieved a call or gets one soon. My son was very tired. He said he had been awake for 36 hours. He wants us to bring his lap top, phone, and I pod, when we come up to see him.
