Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 037 & 038

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Ship 11/037 I can't believe it's only 19 more days til PIR!  I know these last 3 weeks will be tough ones!   Praying for these guys and girls!    They are all sick and have so much to go through yet!    I was reading comments about the itineraries etc.   I wish they had a form letter they sent out about that told the details of what info they need, what the sailors can and can't do and which airport they  need to use etc.    They just don't know how difficult it makes it when we have no communication but 1 letter a week ......

I think like you about the form letter. We are in the dark about what paperwork they need and if something is wrong or missing I don't want anything to go wrong. And then if we do call up there our SR will pay for it. I'm so excited only 19 days to see our son. After talking to him on Sat. I don't know who's more excited me of him. It was really good to hear him though, even being sick he was in great spirits and was getting ready for his next inspections, hopefully I sent all the correct documentations.
Take care,
I hav sent our sons travel plans to the email address and still have not gotten confirmation that they were recieved. I thank the ladies that gave me a phone number to call but I do not want to call up there and then have our son pay the price. The deadline is tomorrow though. I do not want to take a chance and have something go wrong when we are coming home. I forwarded his flight ticket from the airline and the googled driving directions for his trip to Charleston. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I sent our travel plans via e-mail yesterday, I received a confirmation e-mail today. Yippee

Hi jangles, I sent our sons flight information and the googled driving directions for both ways of travel. We are not staying over night anywhere. Is this the same info that you sent? I just want to make sure everything is in order for his leave,

Mommamac, I sent our sons Sunday night by email and have not gotten a confirmation yet. I mailed them last week also. I am going to resend them tomorrow if I do not get a confirmation today. I think it is odd that people that sent them yesterday are getting something back already and we have not. I to do not want to call for the same reason. Lord give me patience and peace.

No confirmation yet, I am going to do the same thing and resend them in the morning, but if nothing by tomorrow afternoon I will probably break down and call someone. I do not want anything to mess up his leave a d it be something that I did. This has been the hardest thing that I have ever had to deal with as a parent. God has been my only saving grace.

Nothing received yet! :(

Jangles...what email did you use! I still haven't gotten a confirmation

tg06div037@gmail.com  this is the e-mail that I used DeniseMatt'mom...

This is the same email that I sent our information to also. Not getting any confirmation is making me crazy.
