OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 904 and 905

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

My SR's older brother and I will be taking pictures and we'll be sure to get pictures of everybody we can, and post them on FB.  If you're not on FB, message me and I'll give you an email address to reach me at.

I'm sorry that you won't be able to go, but it sounds like he'll be well covered!

Happy Wednesday everyone!  Let's keep the prayers and positive energy flowing to our SR's!  We are so close to having Sailor's.....They need to stay focused during this last week and going into BattleStations - still don't have a date yet but guessing it will be sometine next week.  Remind them to continue the focus even after BattleStations.

Remember that this weekend is probably the last time to send letters so they will get them before PIR - send a letter every day - keep encouraging them and reminding them how proud you are of them!  We are ONE DAY CLOSER!

Got a letter from son today - he gave me the date for Battle Stations - I sent the info to diannep! He said their division is still in the running for CNO Honor Division!   Everything is going great - he got a ribbon for expert marksman on the 9mm shooting.  HOOYAH!

ooyah!  my son got a ribbon, too!  Do you think they will win Honor Division?  That will be so awesome!

yay for you!!  I am sooo proud of our 904s :)  hoping to get some good news on that honor division.  Thanks for keeping me informed!!  I appreciate you :)
