Does anyone know how many tickets to BC graduation, each recruit is allowed?
Tags:
They can get 6 in their name. However, if another sailor isn't using his, the names can be added to theirs.
So no more than 4? That is the maximum?
So at what point will we learn details about the ceremony and how will we be informed? Date, time location etc.....
Thanks Zodiac!
and I don't think another sailor can "give" his to someone else.
That is correct. The RTC has said they cannot do that any longer since it is a security issue.

Well then it has definitely changed. When we checked in, there were names on our sailor's list who I had never heard from. I was told my son allowed another sailor to add to his list. If they were not on the list, they had to wait to see if seats were available. Of course, that was over a year ago so things change.
Yes, things have changed this fall and you can see the new policy by going to http://www.bootcamp.navy.mil/upcoming_grads.asp and page 2 of http://www.bootcamp.navy.mil/pdfs/FamilyGuide.pdf. There is no longer any Stand by and those not on the list should wait at the hotel because they will be told to wait in the car and that could get very cold as we get further into winter.
