Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 033 & 034

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Our son was pretty pumped this morning too.  He said that things seem to be going together and he was looking forward to the next couple of weeks.  Talked about some of the simulation things they have been practicing and about the shooting.  He was really excited with how he did on that.  He is looking forward to his birthday this Wed and says he thinks Wed is going to be a down day for them, so the thought he might actually get to relax. Nineteen days and 19 hours.....

oh, I hope they get a down day. Give my SR a chance to get well ! :)

My son is in 034 and they are doing better. He got sick AGAIN but is hanging in there. Has a few ribbons already. This will all work out for them and us!

This is crazy. I have to resend  a revised itinerary and it wont go through. Can anyone help me, please..I even copied and pasted address from previous email that went through and it wont send! I'm sooo frustrated I'm using TG06DIV034@gmail.com Thanks

My sister sent it from her computer and it went through. Don't know why, just glad its over!!

Thank you

Got two letters today - One to Mom (me) & one to Dad; both were very short. Said he can't write much due to how busy his schedule is with late night watch, mandatory events & just being tired all the time. He also said "keep writing, I love getting letters. Helps boost my morale." Did mention that he qualified as Sharpshooter on the 9mm...not bad for a kid who had never handle a gun before.  :)

Breaking in my new shoes today! Daughter will be home from college this Thursday (hooray!). PIR is almost here!!!

I was wondering if there was any news about our sailors going through BS? Can anyone help me get some information. I know that some divisions are getting phone calls etc. I have yet to get one :/

hi

i am waiting also.  no news.  just waiting

has anyone from this division got a call?

I was told that 803 was going last night with 031/032.  In that case, 033/034 didn't go.  They will go together (brother divisions) and there can't be more than 4 divisions a night.  So, keep those phones handy tomorrow afternoon....just in case!  They do go in numerical order, but the 900 and 800 divisions can go at any time....Just not sure who is going tonight.

thanks for the update   just keep waiting
