Welcome to the Division Discussion for divisions 091 and 092.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Check you pm..

mine is in 92. As the Div's are brother Div though I really don't know how or if it affects 91

Louielou, what hotel are you staying in? I'm going to the airport to see my SR off and you are welcome to ride with me. We're renting a full sized car so there will be plenty of room.
It makes me feel sad that this could happen but, again, this is out of our control. A tough lesson for our SR's to learn as I'm sure they are also looking forward to seeing us. I don't want us to allow this to dampen our spirits though. We have wonderful sons and daughters that have made the honorable decision to serve our Country. This is only a MOMENT in their lives. We still get to, PROUDLY, watch PIR together. We get to shed more tears, together. Take lots and lots of pictures, at PIR, together. And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, we get to hug our SAILORS. Those few things they can't take away from us. I'll take whatever I can get, at this point. It's been a rough 8 weeks and although we haven't met face to face yet, I'm so happy to have all of you in my life. I CAN NOT imagine getting through this with out all of you on N4M.

Well said britefuture, I agree 100%.

Yes, I agree too, and Thank you. I will be staying at the Springhill Suites. That would be wonderful. Are you going to Sarge's Meet and Greet?

My son is in 92 as well.

Yes I will be at Sarge's. I'll get the address of your hotel and directions there. I'm sure Sarge will help with that.

Louielou my son is in 091.....we will be at Sarge's too. What hotel are you staying in? We will be going to O'Hare bright and early on Sat. and flying out from there.

I hope and pray everything works out for the Div.  I worry and care for all those "kids" like they were my own, although I know many are not actually kids.  I will keep the parents in my thoughts and prayers as well and I wish that everyone is able to have a lot of time with their SR at graduation.  Stay positive and look forward to next Friday everyone!!!

LisaS--I am also praying for all the recruits and their loved ones! Hope this is all resolved in a positive manner.
Good morning everyone. No more Fridays, yay. Now I can stress over what to take on our little adventure. I should probably make a list. I woke up to a blanket of white stuff outside, again, so pretty. Hope you have a great Friday.

Day off today and making final preparations for our trip. Yay!
