Welcome to the Division Discussion for divisions 091 and 092.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hello,

When I spoke to my son yesterday he mentioned again that liberty was taken away from them but it could change. Did any of your Sailors mention this as well?

Louielou, my son was unsure. He said it still remains to be seen, so I guess this means we won't know until after PIR. Think positive!

I worry for those with the liberty concerns , but will keep praying things work out for the best. I hope everyone is able to spend time with their kids. Stay positive! I am starting to pack...keeping busy so the days go quick.

Safe travels to everyone traveling tomorrow!

At the airport now..West Palm Beach, Fl. Flight delayed till 4pm. I'm ok as long as I get there tonight. Ugh!
We made it! At Navy Lodge finally. Flight was, thankfully, on time. Car rental was upgraded at a discount, due to weather conditions. Roads are bad but traffic was moving. Everyone at the Lodge is kind. Now we're getting ready for Sarge's. Can't wait to meet everyone.

It was great meeting you at Sarge's. I hope you had a wonderful visit with your son.  Where is he attending A school??

So happy for the time with my son today. :) I'm sorry I didn't get to meet any of you but hopefully we will still be able to chat and my son said there are 28 of them in this Div going to San Antonio for A School,.. maybe one of yours?

Is he going to SA as HM? Ours is, he left today! Spending time with our sailor yesterday was priceless!!! =)

Yes he is.

hi everyone..finally time to relax and catch up. what a busy happy weekend. it was wonderful seeing my son. Had to get him back to base by 6, so he could get ready for watch and to go to the airport. He flew out from Midway with quite a few going to A school in San Antonio. He is going to be a corpsman. I am so proud. I wish we could have met some of you. We probably sat near each other but didn't realize it. What a wonderful graduation ceremony. It has been a pleasure being able to chat, I wish you all the best as we move on to the next phase.

Hi Ladies,

I was disappointed that I didn't get to meet any of you. Like Lisa said we probably were sitting next to each other and didn't know it. Congrats to all your sailors!!! We just got home a few hours ago. My son started A-school at GL this morning. At least we can communicate with them now and hear their voices.

Love to all,

Tracy
