Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I've been thinking I am pregnant for a month now tests keep coming back
negative, my grandpa just moved out of his home of 40 years to live in an
assisted living home, my uncle went into my grandpas house and spitfully
took the only thing i asked my dad to grab for me.. both my kids are sick as a dog
Then yesterday I offered to watch a friends kid and she started
To spank my husband but didn't fully make it because I freaked out.
And by freaked out I mean I growled at her said mine and got off my couch
I'm in need of massive stress management techniques right now. Had she not
Stopped I dont know what would have happened I felt like a wild animal.
How would you guys reacted to the friend thing? I
Took her off my facebook because when I mentioned
It to her she claimed she had no idea what I was talking about
And when I told her it concerned me about my own behavior
She laughed

first: deep breathe, it's all going to be ok
talking,walking, creating are good stress reducers with out hurting anyone. She probably didn't think it was a big deal and forgot about the incident and the laughing could have been how you presented it. But she doesn't sound like an appropriate person to hang out with if she was "spanking" your husband, no matter how close a friend she was. The animal like behavior is a symptom of the stress. You are going to be ok! I am and I have 2 kids. unfortunately about your grandpa, stuff like this is going to happen while you are moved away and not attached to a location for any certain amount of time. Your family will have to handle it with out you, you need to lead your own life. Things like what happened with the uncle can happen too I'm afraid, but you'll be moving whatever it was every time you move. it might "technically" be safer with him. ans with spiteful family, my sister and my mother have both tried to talk me into leaving my husband. Let it roll off your back like water on a duck. You need to only worry about your kids and your sailor becuase they need you as much as you need them
