Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 139 and 140.
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

We got a letter yesterday from our SR, very upbeat, He said the division is doing great! They are up for “The Hall of Fame Award”
6-1 We are having personal inspection / zone inspection. They will be inspecting us, racks, office, the head and the laundry room. It’s going to be a long day
6-2 We are having our final PFA Physical Fitness Assessment, then more firefighting.
6-3 Test #3 with more firefighting.
6-4 This is a really big day, our last inspection which is a drill inspection then a test on fire fighting, hands on.
6-5 He said I’m not sure what we are doing; all it said was RDC Training Time and Academic Study. Maybe getting ready for BS. He said they are looking forward to BS, he said, it’s going to be fun.
After that they would get ready to Graduate
I'm a list maker and I am starting my "Going to my son's PIR" list. I have his cell phone, charger, laptop (he asked for it). Is there anything else that he or I haven't thought of that would be helpful for him to have in A school? (That can be taken on the plane in a backpack?)
has anyone heard anything from our sr's today? just wondering about battlestations.
Hi Joyce, I got a call yesterday from my SR (Div 140). They are all doing good.
They start battlestations tonight and will probably be up for the next 36 hours. We should get a phone call Thursday from our SR.
why Thursday????????
from what I understood, it's to definitely say they passed or failed.. everyone I know that has been thru PIR has verified that they called within the 24 hours prior to graduation day.
was under impression we should hear tuesday
I’m going to go out on a limb here and I’ll make a prediction for division 139; ready…I think we are going to starting receiving “I’m a Sailor” phone calls tomorrow (04-02) around noon'ish. Isn’t this nerve racking!!!! Post ‘m as the calls come in…
Any more predictions?
