Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 221 and 222
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

Why does it feel like they've been gone for a long time?? Is it this week they're getting their wisdom teeth out??
Seansmom...It seems like it has been months since I last saw my son. Yes, I read that this is the week they get their wisdom teeth pulled! :(
Sean was actually looking forward to having a couple days SIQ. It's pretty bad when they don't mind having their wisdom teeth out, JUST to get the time off.
That is true...at least they are getting rest and pain meds!!!
When I got my wisdom teeth out in bootcamp, we got 1 day SIQ and were given Tylenol with Codeine. They actually woke us up to go to chow....like I could eat anything??
I just found out that Ronnie had all 4 of his wisdom pulled out!!!
Seansmom, some have already gotten their wisdom teeth pulled as early as last week.. I know my son was supposed to get his pulled when he was home, but didn't do it. He said he would get it done at BC. I spoke to him on Saturday and he said he went to the dentist already and they told him that they were not taking his wisdom teeth out just yet...so he just got a cleaning... Happy to know he didn't get them out.. i was worried...
Good morning Ladies, how is everyone doing this Tuesday morning... Hope everyone is well. Hope all received a call from there SR's this weekend... and some letters.. I still have not received any letters from my SR, but hoping I received at least on this week.. as he said that he would write on Sunday...
YES!!!! It sure will, counting down the days... that is awsome that he got to talk to his baby, they get so excited to hear their daddy voice... and it very emotional for the dad not be there for their family... we all have to hang in there and be strong for them all. Where are you flying into O'hare or Midway..
I am trying to think which airport to fly into... I really think I am going to fly into O'Hare, it will be a non-stop flight as well for me.. Thank you
It was soooooooooooo awesome to hear my son's voice (222) today. Yesterday was a toughie for me. He sounds so much better than the last phone call, and he's doing great. So wonderful to hear!! I heard about the flag and I'm so proud of he and his division. We're getting closer, ladies!! Hoo Yah!!
