Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 812 and 813

Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).

sjtina, cor and a couple more ladies will be joining you to answer your questions about this "800" division. Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.

Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.

We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there ladies!!!

If any of you are Origami Owl fans, there's a navy charm on Amazon, quite small but still cute.  I ordered 3, $5 each.

I got one about a month and a half ago. Was told they were going to discontinue them.

there are all different colors of super feet, i got the blues ones for  my son.  he also has the orange one also.  I think he told me he like the orange ones better.

Hang in there ladies you are almost there.  it will be here before you know it.

I got a call today! Division 812 is doing awesome :) my bf says it seems to be getting a but easier for them. Can't wait for June!

From what I gather, battlestations is the final culmination of everything that they have learned and takes place on a simulation ship. It's a very long ordeal and if they pass, they are official "sailors". It should take place 1 week prior to PIR and that is when they call us and tell us they are "sailors". I'm a newbie here but this is what I have picked up on this great site.

Accidentally deleted my comment but thanks for all the info ladies. This site is awesome!

There is a discussion group about Battle Stations here in your PIR group. Look below this division discussion and you will find it.

Happy Mothers Day. Hopefully everyone gets a phone call, if not you know they are thinking of you today.

Happy Mothers Day ladies,  Your sailors will be thinking of you today wether theydcan call or not.   Just know that you are in their thoughts

Has anyone else gotten facebook message from their SR? I had to fly to Phoenix for a family funeral and have not had Internet for a few days. I have had my cell phone with me. I did not get a call yesterday and no one was home yesterday. Our youngest daughter was on facebook on her cell phone. He private messaged her to say he had 20 minutes of liberty and was allowed on facebook. He posted his bc address on his page. In the private message ( which sister George captured to copy/paste In an email to me for Mother's Day - :-) he mentioned that his government issue ID docs requested in his info call , to be shipped by his hometown roommates overnight, have not arrived.

Earlier in the week husband got a letter from SR with a Mother's Day letter in it for me. Husband packed it away in my luggage and I am enjoying it today. I brought all his other letters and will be sharing them with close family members today - there will be some joy on our mourning because of them.

The day is not over yet navywife. I am sure he will make every effort to try and call you.

My son said he hopped on Facebook for a few minutes yesterday, checked his page and sent a couple quick messages.
