Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 812 and 813

Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).

sjtina, cor and a couple more ladies will be joining you to answer your questions about this "800" division. Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.

Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.

We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there ladies!!!

got two calls yesterday !!! ;) one in the morning and one late afternoon, My SR from 813 sounded tired but good. said they are all doing well and looking forward to battlestations and of course PIR. He asked me to sent him a sailors bible. Any veterans know if we can do this? He said that is was ok but I want to make sure.

Received a letter from my son in 812 today. He sounded good and said they had another inspection this past Wednesday. Hope they did well. He also said that they had gotten some 8 hour night sleeps the two previous nights. 3 weeks to go:)

And the phones are ringing!  What a pleasant surprise.  Sounds like they are all really looking forward to June 7 and can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Sooooo exciting!

Same here. My son called around 4:10 today EST. He was just as surprised to make the call as I was to receive it. Did well on last inspection/test and I think one more next week. Can't wait to see him....

We have a 12-13 hour drive so probably wont make it in time for the meet and greet.  We are staying at the Courtyard by Merriott.

We are driving in late on the 5th.  Can you point me towards more info for this even?

Thanks!

Try your best to get to meet each other, The career your recruit has chosen may require discretion later on. Exchange emails and get used to using private message. It not too soon to start practicing being safe.

Were you able to get a discount on your room?  I was not able to over the phone, will try again when we get there.  We have two rooms for 4 nights so it adds up.

Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers go out to all the families in Moore, Oklahoma devastating tornadoes have torn apart homes and an elementary school where several children have lost their lives. Please pray for them as they go through this terribly tragic time. God give them strength and wrap them in a cloak of your love.

I stayed at the holiday inn express when I went to see my sailor last july  it was very nice.

Has anyone heard how the gas chamber went?  I received a letter yesterday, but of course was written before that.  I suppose we all have that same situation.  Two Weeks Ladies!!!

I was wondering the same thing about the letters.
