Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 375 and 376
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

I just received a call from my SR he sounded great, said he was tired but loving every minute of it. He said it was the best decision he has ever made, he has made 3 close friends, someone from New Zealand, Someone from the Congo, and his bunkmate from Idaho, If any of these are your sons, please let me know I would like to chat with you more!!!! He also said he as changed a lot since he has been there. They have had a few extra P-days and just started training days. '
I am so proud of my son!!!! I am so proud to be a NAVY Mom. Didn't even cry til I got off the phone with him. I can't believe how much I really miss him. At least I know he is safe, and doing well. Couldn't be prouder or happier at the moment. (sorry for the rambling)
Hi! My daughter is also in 376. I received a phone call Saturday for just a very few minutes. Have you received a letter yet? I have not. It's so hard not knowing what is going on.
I saw my son in one of the pictures where they were running. Very cool. I told him about it in my letter last night. He will think im crazy.
I saw my son in several of the pictures. He said he was next to the SR whose mom answered the trivia question. We need to keep answering those questions so we can see more of our SR"s
I'd really like to connect some more with members whose sons/daughters are in the this division, since my son is in the same division. I feel so out of the loop, in these conversations, I feel like I'm missing something. It's hard for me to respond to anything at work, bc I use my phone and am a horrible texter. so If I don't answer just bear with me I will get to it at night
My daughter left on August 5 and I haven't received a letter from her yet, only a very short phone call on Saturday. Has any one else experienced the same situation. It's so hard not knowing whats going on!
Really hope that when I get home there is a letter in the mail today! This is driving me crazy! I thought he was mailing his letter last Sunday. Now his voice mail from this weekend tells me he was mailing it just this past Sunday.. I just printed out Week 1 NFL football schedule and sent him a copy. So if any of your SR's are football fans, he can share with them and maybe it will help maker their time go by and something to chat about. Each week i'll update and send him the scores. I really miss not having him here to do our football pool together!
