Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 385 and 386
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

Wtmky76 , that is great news. Yay!!!! My son just replied to two prior questionnaires and none of them had a question about his weapons training result. Really would like to know if he earned a ribbon or not. I think it is a great idea. We should wear our name tags with user names and real names too because i am on the facebook group of our PIR and our private group for 385 under my real name. Are you on FB?
You are not horrible. FB gets people into trouble sometimes. Might be a blessing not to be on it. :)
I just now realized that i needed to change the entire address for my SR's new division. Building 04 is at 3600 Ohio street and building 13 is at 3420 Sailor Dr. I know my son received some of my mail because he returned it back but i hope nothing gets lost due to my error. Ooops.
Graduation would be 10/11, a week from this Friday for your son in division 385.
Just got a letter from our son-he told us this will be the last letter we will receive from him because of Battlestations. It was a short and sweet letter. I can't wait until we get the I'm a sailor call and then to see him next Friday and give him a big hug and kiss.
We are leaving next Thursday morning bright and early from Eaton Ohio traveling through Indiana to pick up the grandparents then on to IL-we are planning on getting there in time for the Sarge's meet n greet. Hopefully these next few days fly bye-
So excited just got another set of letters, I think they were suppose to arrive before the letter that said this is my last letter but anyway very excited. He said he ordered pictures, graduation DVD, the Sailor Creed, t-shirts and several other things as well. To think I was worried he wouldn't even remember to order pictures-guess he is really excited about graduation. Just a few more days-hang in their ladies we should be getting the "I'm a sailor call real soon. To all -safe travels.
Prayers for our SR's!!! BS is coming up real soon!! I have requested friendship of 386ers my son has given me some names looking for the families of these guys!!! Hope they are some of yours!!! Have a great weekend!!!
My son is in Div 386 as well. Did not get a letter from him this week so not sure what is going on with him but i guess no news is good news. I know they have battlestations soon...looking forward to hearing from him and seeing him on 10/11/13 for PIR.
