My daughter arrived at PH on Sat. to begin school to be a CM. Her classes will not start until the 18th though. She is settling in and loving California! Big difference from Kansas!
My son is liking California as well, big difference from Michigan but he also cant wait to come home for a visit, its the longest and furthest he has been away from home. He loves Class and is adjusting to the grueling sched. finally and can actually enjoy what he is doing. He has finished the diesel part and has moved onto gas now.
My son and his wife got married last night, and a wonderful time was had by all. He reports to Gulfport in a week and then on to his regular base. Hopefully his wife will be able to follow him when he gets settled and their life together will finally start. I will miss them both desperately but, this is their life path and I know it will be wonderful. I'm so proud of them both.
Congratulations, Best of luck to the newlyweds. I bet your a proud momma. My son will be going to Gulfport in the new year sometime.
