Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 913 and 914

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

My boyfriend is in Division 914!  <3 I have heard his voice once so far.  I received 9 letters from him all at once! It was so nice.  I read those letters over and over.  Once I got those letters, I wrote endlessly.  I can't wait to see him!

It's been great hearing from my daughter every Sunday since Christmas! My daughter is doing well and has promoted already. She is in charge of weapons; right up her alley since she is well versed in handling them! Guess they had some drama with fraternization with the brother division. Thank God my daughter did not get mixed up with that! She is counting the day until her Feb 7 grad date. She also stated she will have liberty that weekend. Since she will study for Quartermaster she will remain in the Great Lakes for training. The weather is bad there; she isn't happy with that but, looks forward to "A" school. I hope all is well with other recruits' mom's!

Has anyone gotten mail lately?

I've gotten one letter from my SR every week since they were allowed to mail them out (so 3 so far). The first one came the day after Christmas, the one the week after came on Saturday, and the last one I got last Friday. It's what I look forward to every week!

Last 2 Sundays in a row I got a call, not today. : (. Did anyone else? My daughter said that this might happen

I just got off a call with my SR, but she told me she earned this call for acing a test. I didn't get a call last Sunday, but I got one the Sunday before that.

Is she in 913.

Yes she is, sorry for the late reply!

I also got calls the last 2 Sundays but not today. We also got letters the last 2 Fridays but nothing this week! He had his wisdom teeth out so I really wanted to hear something today. Maybe tomorrow!
I was at work the last 3 calls but was able to talk. Figures today I'm off and no call. I got a letter last week also and it was great. Writing is amazing! Very happy about her texts and passing them and all that..
Still nobody out of Tennesse who has a daughter on ship 2 DIV 913?????

Yes we found each other today via phone - Thanks Kelly!
