Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 081 and 082

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I will be at the meet and greet on Thursday - haven't heard from my son by phone since the 5th - he has a bad cold and is exhausted - prayed all day that he would call - nothing - 11 days!!!

Here is division 082!

Wow!!! Hi, ellen0502, do you have a picture of 081, too? Or how are we able to get this picture? My son is in 081, so my heart almost stopped! This is a brother division to 081, right? It feels good just to think that my son trained with them. Thanks so much for posting, please get 081's picture, pretty please????? God bless our SRs!

How nice! My son is in Div 081 and I can almost see his little face looking back at me!

Still no call this weekend but I know they will be busy. My SR looks so different in the photo of Div 082. I'm thinking maybe he had his wisdom teeth pulled the day before. Getting excited about the countdown and looking forward to arriving in the windy city a week from tomorrow! I'm wondering if I should be looking for a nice restaurant to have dinner with my SR and make reservations at this point?? He told me he's dying for my chocolate chip cookies while on liberty so I need to do some baking before I go.

Does anyone have any information on the date for BS for Div 081 and 082? Message me if you have please? Just trying to keep up with everything.

The graduation date? It is January 31st.

Yes

My son had two hours in Ricky Heaven today - no phone calls but access to computer!  YAY!!!!

I heard from my son tonight too. They placed third in the captains cup too. I got some fb chat time AND phone time. Feeling so lucky! Had to do a double take when he popped up on chat and said hey mom. It's amazing how fast we can talk when we have to hey?

Good Sunday to Everyone!
