Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 103 and 104

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Way to go Erica!  Thank you!  Can't wait to see it.  I forgot it was Trivia Tuesday.

Thank you everyone! I was so excited! It was definitely worth sitting at my computer for hours waiting and being a bit late to class :p If I win next week, I'll request 104 (:

I even got a 25 minute phone call today! I was in class, and ran out to answer it lol. He told me he's gotten a perfect score on all his inspections and academic test! I'm one proud girlfriend!

Ladies be on standby ... A few SR recruits from BOTH 103 & 104 were able to make calls today.

I also spoke to my son today. (div 104) He was in much better spirits than last time I spoke to him. They also took their written test and if I understood him correctly the div earned a flag for everyone getting above a 4.0. So go Division. They are still a talkative group but I think they are pulling together. Positive thoughts and prayers for all of our SR's.

Spoke to my son also! Was so good to hear his voice ! So happy they did great on the test! :D

I about died when I saw the phone number...My first reaction was what is wrong.  He said nothing I got a 4.9 on my test so we earned a phone call.  After my heart stopped racing it was good to hear his voice.  How do you get so much info out of your SR?  My SR only wanted me to send so pics of family and the animals.  Other than that he is doing good.

Lol. I so understand that. When I saw area code first thought was what's wrong! So glad they are doing well! I keep a notebook by house phone w questions I want to ask him plus I take notes when I talk to him, because I was so excited after first call I could barely remember anything he said! :)

BigShooter, I spoke with Rusty today and he said that he knows your son.. woohoo. Hope you are doing well and your son too

My son spoke to his girlfriend yesterday. She texted me saying he was doing fine and missing us. The big Dr appt is today for his knee- praying hard today that all will be well. The important thing is that his knee is feeling good and he is able to do everything. I keep saying no news is good news!!!!!

Praying that all is well with the doctor today! : )

Praying your sons knee is better Britmum!

Yeah - so happy to speak with my son yesterday (Div 103) - Carrie - like you - I freaked out when I saw "Waukegan, IL" pop up on my phone. I was sitting in a meeting with people I had never met before and I just told them - "this is my son calling from Boot Camp and I'm going to take this!" They were so nice and waited for me - whew! So glad they did well on their test! Of course I didn't have my list of questions on me -- grrr! He gave BC an "8" yesterday out of "10" -- said it's getting harder and no more "freebies!" But he sounded good and was motivated! I had mailed him a questionnaire and he seemed to really like that -- said it's on it's way back to me. One of his friends received a letter from him yesterday and said she thinks he's a little homesick so I'm sending some extra mushy messages his way today! Of course he probably doesn't want the mushy messages from Momma -- but too bad! LOL Hoping for some letters from him today -- with the crazy weather we had in Atlanta last week -- I haven't quite figured out how long it will take assuming the SRs send mail on Monday. Oh -- and his rackmate's last name starts with a "F" and he's from Florida (great guy I hear) -- just in case this SR belongs to any of you! : ) Have a great day!
