Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 193 and 194

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi there! My daughter will graduate with your SR.

Very cool :) There is another mom on here that her son is with mine also.

My daughter as well, hello!

My son is also Ship 11 div 194. Nice to meet others.

My Daughter is graduating 6/6 . S11 D193 . Going to GL A school starts Monday. We are staying at the Navy Lodge, and have contacted Sarge for taxi service from airport to graduation and back to airport. We are staying until Tues . So will get a rental car, and Sarge is taking us to the rental car place after the graduation, will we wait for our SR.  I'm from Maine. We are not able to attend the meet and great the night before, but Sarge will fill us in on the way back, and has a contract and extra info . Very helpful and affordable. the Taxi service  is only 99,00 for 3 of us. includes ride from airport, to lodge and RETURN , plus one way to graduation. great price. My Daughter will be in A school 38 weeks, in GL. Unless something changes.  Looking forward to hearing from other moms, In this Div and ship. Please friend me.

My Daughter DiV  193. 6/6 PIR .

Hi, I just joined. My SR is in 193. Our reservations are made for travel, now onto packing.

Hello Mom's! We will all be in Great Lakes on 6/6 together proud of our sons and daughters. I can't wait! hopefully more Mom's will join from our brother ships. I received the form letter last weekend, my SR completed every line meticulously, that is her way. Dear MOM and DAD, she completed her guest list etc. I have read that some folks decorate their hotel doors, do you plan on doing that? We booked at the navy lodge, they were very very nice.
We are at Springhill. Anyone else staying there? Love the idea of decorating the doors.
We are staying at Residence Inn. I think I will do something for the door! Anyone planning to go to the meet and greet?
