Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 201 and 202
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

my son is 09 Div 202. What type of test will they be taking?
My SR is on Ship 09 Div 201. I spoke to him yesterday and he seemed somewhat down. Hopefully things will get somewhat better this week. I look forward to talking with all of you.
my so is 202 as well, we are from middle Ga.
Everyone visit this Facebook page on Tuesdays:
https://www.facebook.com/NavyRecruitTrainingCommand
They do a Trivia Tuesday every week and the first person to answer the Navy History question correctly can request a photo of their Division! It's usually just a photo of them in a classroom working hard, but still, how great is that?! :) Spread the word so we can see our loved ones in Divisions 202 and/or 201 ! :) :)
Wishing you all the best,
Cassidy

ok well I found this site from another SR's navy mom......I am frantically still waiting for the "official form letter". Is anyone else still waiting? Ship 09, Division 201
I am getting so nervous. Ive recieve a few letters and he mentions it in the letters and hopes that I received it. But I have not. I emailed his recruiter and have yet to hear from him. He had hurt his knee while marching which caused him to miss a bit including a swim qualifications test that he needs to make up. He mentions that he was SIQ for 2 days because he had 2 wisdom teeth pulled out and missed some more that he needs to make up. Then he mentions that he had a high fever, headache, runny nose and a bad cough. Now I am trying to keep this "no news is good news" in tact but I have made my hotel/air accommodations already and I just don't know what to do or think at this point. Others have told me that if there is a problem that I will receive a call .....but nothing as of yet. I am really stressed out and cry all the time when I am home....seems works keeps my mind off it for a short time but then at night I am a mess.
Thanks Liz819 I am trying to hang in there. Going to email his recruiter now and hopefully his dad can call him today to see if we can locate this "so-called" missing "form letter".
