Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 804

Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).

sjtina, cor and a couple more ladies will be joining this discussion to answer your questions about the "800" division.

Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.

Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.

We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there ladies!!!

New to the group. In search of other moms with sons in Ship04 Div804. Graduation date 01/23/15.

Hello!!! My son is there with yours, Ship04 Div 804.  I received my call this evening around 5:15!!!   So good to hear his voice!!!

Did you hear from your son? They might get more phone time tomorrow as well. :)

He sounded very upbeat and positive which made me feel so much better.

Welcome! Hope others find you soon!

*Waves* hello! My son is also Ship04 Div804 PIR 1/23 :)

Hello! Glad to connect with someone in 804!

Hi wendy!!!

My son is also Ship 04 Div 804... I received his call this evening around 5:15... So good to hear his voice :)

Did you hear from your sailor? He said they might get more phone time tomorrow. He sounded very upbeat and positive, now I feel so much better lol!!!

Hey Sharon! Yup, I heard from my son too! He also said they should be able to call home today, for longer (as long as they don't mess up and lose phone time again, lol). So good to hear from him. He sounded upbeat too and looking forward to PIR.

I will have my phone attached to my hip all day today ;)

Hi everyone! My son is in this division as well. Still anxiously awaiting his first call home. Anyone here get a call yet?

We have not received our 1st call yet either or any letters yet. We are anxious to hear something too. Hopefully we won't have to wait much longer:)

I haven't gotten any letters yet either Peanut820. Hopefully this week. I've read they can write on Sundays and mail goes out on Monday, so hopefully they were able to send out some letters today and we will start receiving them later this week? Keeping my fingers crossed. I've been carrying my phone around with me everywhere so that I won't miss it if he calls.

JinCincy- I sure hope so. The anticipation is killing me and my husband. We've done the same thing with our phones, so scared we would miss our call. I know they are kept really busy so I've tried to take that in consideration and have read it take as much as 3 weeks before we might hear something. I was hoping too that they got a chance to write sometime over the weekend. My son did tell us to remember that no news was good news so taking that to heart as well. It's nice to talk to everyone that have sons in 804. Praying for all of them!

I was just telling my mother in law yesterday to remember that "no news was good news", as she is very anxious to hear something as well.  I'm praying that all is going well for each and everyone of them too. It's hard to believe it's only been 2 weeks since he's been gone. It seems longer, LOL!
