I asked my husbands recruiter if he had any information regarding address and graduation date because I still haven't recieved any information and he told me he didn't know the graduation date but had the address. Now two questions, I've been told that recruiters addresses can be wrong and that the Mail will get lost and they won't get it for up to 3 weeks after mailing.... Is that just a horror story or usually true? And in his address he put "DIV R2015108M" I'm assuming DIV means division, but which part of it is the division number? I'm new to this and don't know how to read that stuff so bare with me, that's just not how I've seen other divisions written

I means.... Be patient. You will have the form letter with his full address and grad date soon.

Sure, there are horror stories and a list of reasons why you should hold off on dropping anything in the mail. But it boils down to this: RTC asks that you not mail anything until receiving the form letter.

My son went to RTC in July,we received the form letter with his address and PIR information about 2 weeks after he arrived. We had no issues with mail. The address the recruiter gave you is wrong. The correct address will have a street address, division and ship #. Be patient and I'm sure you will be receiving something soon. Also, don't expect too many phone calls, we received 3 the entire time he was there. Don't count the days, count the Fridays; usually it's only 9 until PIR.
