Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 359 and 360

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi I'm new here but I am very happy to have other moms to talk to that have SR's in the same div as my son he is the oldest of 3 children I try to stay strong for his younger siblings we all miss him so much his brother started football for the first time and I am trying to encourage him to write his brother and tell him about his game he says I wish he would call I really don't like writing I tell him it is like texting but on paper so he wrote him and their Sister is the same way about writing she is having a really hard time with him being Away right now I know for me it still comes in spurts of tears and the days seem so long I can only imagine what it is like for her not seeing or talking to her best friend I hope it is helping her with me counting the days down until pir

We got out first letter from our SR, he misses us but has made some friends and says that makes the homesickness better. They got their uniforms. He said the RDC's are nice unless you make them mad. He also said he can't wait to see us. So nice to get a letter.

My son is in Ship 11, division 359. I, too, have not received a letter or a call. Missing him dearly. No news is good news, right?!?! Hopefully this week is the week.
