Hey girl... I am Zacksmom... I am here for ya if you need to chat... I am missing my son something fierce... Where are you from?
HI ! YES I got my call yesterday while shopping in Walmart. lol It was the longest phone call I ever had with her. She said she isn't feeling to well and she had a fever a couple nights ago but won't go to the medic for fear she will fall behind. So the tough cookie that she is she said she will suck it up and move on. She had no idea when battlestation was nor will they give them any information about it. I filled her in on all the knowledge I and my husband had about it, so now she is informed on what to expect.
So what did your SR say? I am so excited to see her in uniform for the first time and to see how much she has changed. I can't wait to hold her.
She did tell me that she will be attending A school right there at lakes after PIR. She will be there for about 5 months then she will get her two week liberty. At first I was a little down about that but then I thought about the time frame and it actually will work out better having her come home during the summer when the weather is nice and there is more to do.
Can't wait to hear from you. I haven't found many moms here from our ship and division.
