Thanks for the facebook link. I'll be sure to join when I'm next online (FB that is....can't access that from work )....This such a neat resource, it wasn't available 20yrs ago when my brothers and I were in the service.
Margie,
Our boys are in the same div. Two Texas boys! Benn is my oldest and I have another son just starting high school. I'm a single mom and getting use to all the changes is tough some days. I saw on facebook the posts about having their wisdom teeth out. That was my BIG worry, but I feel so much better after reading the post & how well they take care of them.

Hi Margie, my son's recruiter called me yesterday and gave me his ship and div numbers. I still want to wait for the formal letter but my daughter wants to mail the letters out. I hope they get to him some how. I started the count down tomorrow we are down to 50 days. And that is only if his PIR date is actually oct 14. I have good moments and bad but pretty much I just feel empty. I'm trying not to feel like this but it is just an empty feeling in side. Keep strong and hope we can help each other.
