OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Hi Andrew/Gaynor's Mom! When did Gaynor attend BC and what was his PIR date? Where is your sailor stationed at now? You must have your hands full with 4 boys?!?My sailor is at Tinker in OKC, OK., for the next 3 years. He graduated on 1/14/2011.

Aww that's sweet- the wait is almost over, so it won't be too long before you can tell him everything. My SR went into the Navy on a Bubby pass with his older brother. So me and their family will be staying with some family in Illinois. I fly in before everybody else in the family, so I might atten the meet and greet if I get a ride. I'm just ready for PIR. Have you planned anything for after PIR? And I'm sorry about you not getting a call- hopefully you do soon.
