Sarge's Meet & Greet _ Highly Recommended

Posted on January 21, 2013 at 10:10am 3 Comments

Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to drop you all a note regarding Sarge's Meet & Greet.  When I told my husband and older son we were going there they were not so thrilled. (To say the least.) Then we walked in and hardly anyone was there. (We were a tad early.) The décor is very country. Hence Sundance Saloon. (My son was looking for the bull) The food is all donated so it's just okay but wait it's free.

On to the most important thing: INFORMATION!!!! If you want…

Sarge's Meet and Greet

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 9:00pm 5 Comments

But once Sarge started his slideshow and giving such great information and advice regarding PIR they couldn't say enough. The food was okay. But information was absolutely priceless and such a…

And if anyone will be going to the Meet and Greet the night before at the Sundance Saloon put on by "Sarge" whoever he is.  My son said he swears one guy next to him gets the same jokes I send…

Size of Envelopes at Boot Camp

Posted on December 5, 2012 at 9:59pm 4 Comments

Help Please...I have spoken to my son and he sounds wonderful. But he has said that letters are very important like his recruiter had told us and that it is hard to see people get lots of mail while others get nothing. I know they are allowed letters, cards, and pictures. Can I send a large manila envelope with a few Christmas cards in it that my son can handout to those who have not received any mail?  I don't want to get him in any trouble or give him extra pushups :{  Any advice would be…
