Fiancé left April 28th

Hello! My fiancé left about a week ago, I don't know what to expect. I received his phone call at 1:30am him telling me he arrived Tuesday morning. It was super quick and sounded scripted. I received his box of clothes on Friday. When will I get his grad info and a letter from him? I've been told about the 2 week mark. I'm so ready to hear from him!! Anyone else have someone who left around that time?

building anxiety

New navy mom here,

I've been reading the blogs of those moms who received the first call home and those who just said goodbye.  It is comforting.  My son ships out on July 15th and wonder if there are any other moms with that date also.

I am so excited for my Garret, but my heart is getting heavier and heavier as the days get closer.  He is my baby of 2 and will miss him beyond words.

Any advice??

Jeanette

The Letter! The Letter!

We finally got the letter.  So now I can mail all the cards (one at a time).  I am so excited not just to get a letter from him to tell us how he is doing.  I miss him but I am so proud to be his momma.

Our sons 1st letter!

Can anyone say excited? I've only waited and waited on his letter for the last 3 weeks. No one checked the mail box today but me. I'm relieved to finally have heard from him. He is doing well. Sounds like he misses us alot. I'm praying that he keeps his head up! He knows we love him and support him all the way! Counting down the days....
