ktssong, thank you so much for inviting the KY Navy Moms to this event. It was wonderful and we appreciate so much being a part!
Ok. I would like to tell everyone how awesome of a turn out we have. Right now there are 19 moms with sons and daughters stationed all over the place in all kinds of jobs in the Navy, Seabees, Nukes some in A school some in bootcamp some deployed and some about to be. I get chills looking at the list and see the diversity. Wow!!! And Lt. Sircy has Navco reporter and photographer coming. Along with the Admiral and others. About 6 of them total. So we are going to have a great time.
Next Thursday Sept 1 at 0745. I will send you all the other details. If I don't have your email address or if you haven't friended me do so because I want to do a group message from my page.
Is anyone able to man a table Sat or Sun or both days next to the Navy Navy Similator and Suburban to pass out Navyformom magnets and brochures? I will be out of town Sat and Sun seeing my Seabee but I'd like us to be represented. It's been approved.
Getting closer to the date. Can hardly wait. Ha ha.. little rhyme for all you moms.
Will send an update out later this week.
If you still have room I would love to attend. Sounds like a great time.
