We have 17 families who have RSVPed so far. Hubbies of Bea S., LoriLab, Sharon and JJsMom are coming (making 21), 22 including Commander Nafarrete. We are keeping our figures crossed that some of the sailors (on leave or waiting for bc) will join us.

Hi Bea, we are fine. God was merciful and my Dad passed suddenly and quickly. My Mother has altimerziers and it is a blessing because you does not remember him at all. So she doesn't miss him. It makes it easier on the family to know she is not grieving. We have had the services and we are trying to get things back to normal for my Mom. We had planned to take her out that Sunday for our scheduled dinner out with the family. We live in the Evergreen area of San Jose. I appreciate your concern. I would be interested in future events. My husband would like to attend as well are the guys welcome? Thank you again for your kindness.
Take care,
Sandy

I've put myself in the "might attend" category. My wife is interested, so that increases the probability of our attendance. We're from Stockton, and carpooling sounds like a good idea, if anyone else is from there or along that route.

Susan, just sent you a package - directions and map. You should get it in a couple of days. Talk to you soon.

Sorry Bea but there was not a place for me to join the Nor Cal group. I have joined Navy for Moms but I don't see the link on My Page near the comment wall to join your group. Is there another way?

Terri
