For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

It really is tragic. Made me fear this that much more. Good friends have really been there for me thru this Navy idea and now the loss of my daughters good friend. Im keeping the faith and remaining as positive as I can. You all have surely made adjusting to having a millitary child alot easier and bearable. I hope we have everyone on fb now and welcome anyone else that wants to join. Thank goodness for the ability to connect and share this expierence.

So I am having a rough time today, and probably will for the next few days. Nikki turns 18 on the third and I can not even tell her Happy Birthday!!!!!! She is "legally" an adult, of course leaving for BC made her an adult in my eyes anyways. I of course mailed letters and cards but she will not get any of them until after her birthday. I am hoping she at least hears a happy birthday sometime in between the being shouted at.

JK....I know exactly what you are going through...my daughters birthday is at the end of the month....it'll be the first one that I wasn't able to spend with her....and hopefully it'll be the last (i know wishful thinking in military life, lol)

Missing her horribly today...I have NEVER been on the sidelines in my SR's life. Even when she wanted me to back off I was still there. Now I can not say Happy Birthday....this stinks!!!!!

Did you get the form letter? If you did ask your SR if she sent it home. I think I read somewhere they can give their stuff to charity or something...not 100% positive though. Pretty sure what ever I read also said it is strongly "suggested" they send it home. Nikki had the clothes on her back, toothbrush, hairbrush, phone and one bag...it all came home.

Hey ladies! Been thinking of you all day. Special birthday message to our groups little girl. Happy 18 to her momma. Im sure its a bitter sweet day for you. Sending you lots of cyber hugs girl. I know I was thinking I did not go thru all that labor for this but I guess I did and boy was that good training for what was to come years down the road. Missing my Morgan so much. I cant wait for the next piece of contact. Hope you all are enjoyig the weekend. I am out of town in San Antonio until tomorrow night. Thinking of you all and will write more tomorrow night.
