My sons recruiter called me yesterday and gave me my sons division over the phone, but i havent received the letter yet, only the box.  I was hopeful it would arrive today, but the mail came and went, and no letter.  Maybe tomorrow?

Thank you so much Kimmer!!!! I agree that the labor was just to prepare us for everything else they would throw at us during their lives. Can not wait to receive a real letter, should be this week. Hope you are having fun in San Antonio!!!
Good morning friends. Hope you all have a wonderful sunday. I talked to my brother in law that had 15 years in the Navy. He sais this is their rest day so to speak. Hope our kids are writting us letters and enjoying (and appreciating) down time. Enjoy the day all.
Hey Ladies. I was writting Morgan and telling her about us getting to know each other. I was wondering of we could list a role call our name and the kiddeo's first names so I can keep it straight and tell her about you all. Would one of you make a list and either share it here, on fb or privetly so we can all better keep up with each other. Thank you
It would be better to do it privately. No last names are allowed on here. Also please make sure you read the OPSEC and community guidleines (it is in the "pages" section underneath the group members photos). It explains about safety and also the fact that the RDC's (instructors) read this site and cam match you up with your recruit. Sometimes.results I'm some extra "attention". They're trying to "fly under the radar" so to speak.
I made me a list while on night shift last night. I have it figured out now who belongs to who. Thanks. I love this site and think I could just hug and kiss the person responsible for comming up with it because there is such a great need to have it. It has made all the difference in the world for me to make it thru the really tough first days. I will prob check in here from time to time but I like the privacy and ability to speak freely on fb. only the friends I allow to view my page can view my page. I would hate to not follow a rule or slip up and cause someone undue hardship or harm. You have been very kind and I appreciate your guidence.
Good morning ladies. Are any of you joining me on the Navy recruit training command FB page for mixed up Mondays? Would love to see a picture of our SR's.
On fb, you betcha...see ya there

Its hard for me cause I'm at work.....but my fingers are crossed for us all

I work nights so im running around doing family stuff and sleeping during the day.

I love the countdown.....makes me smile every time another day falls off. 37 days Ladies!!! Wahoo. I really really could use a letter. I know we should have one this week but I am so anxious for it. I am also sure my baby girl will be homesick but hopefully not too depressed in the letter. I can get through every day believing that as tough as it is on her she is right where she wants to be and is just fine!
I love the countdown too Jen. I can hardly wait to get to the post office to check my po box for mail. Yesterday I sat and waited outside my box talking to the mail room clerks about Morgan while I waited. I keep my box open while we chat. I can see a small square of them right above their knee caps and they can see 1/3 of my face, one eye and part of my nose while we chat. Im getting pretty used to their voices tho and can place a name with a voice now even tho I havent ever seen all of them . Grin. I cant wait to hear who gets mail first. Praying for positive letters. Have a great day everyone.

I am thinking today we will all get mail!!! i am good at predicting things!! ahhhaaa lets wait and see!! P.S. Cant someone inbox me with momma names with kid names? i think i have them all but i want to make sure. you can do it on my facebook inbox!!
