Welcome aboard!!!! Lots of moms, wives, girlsfriends on here and a lot of us are "bootcamp survivors". The sailors don't realize how hard it is on us too!! My sailor and his buddies referred to us N4Ms as "The Cult". Mine is in A school now in Goose Creek SC and a lot of times, I know more about some stuff than he does (because I pay attention to mothers).

Any question you have, somebody here will have the answer or know where to find it. You will find a lot of comfort here too. The ladies on this site are AWESOME!

Check out the groups for your SRs PIR date and join that group. There are groups for your SRs rate (job) where you can get a lot of info. Again, Welcome!!!
Thank You, for the welcome aboard. I'm quickly finding out how informative this site is. Learning more and more about whats going on in my with my sons division from others comments. I too look forward to becoming a mom "bootcamp suvivor". I like the name your sailor has given the N4Ms too funny.... Well Thanks Again looks like I have alot of searching to do on this site.
proudnavymom, you will be so glad you joined. My son graduated BC back in May 2009 and I still get on here all the time. He is now in Hawaii, and I joined that group which really helped when I planned my trip there this past summer. You will find out so much information here.
LilyAJ, I am quickly finding out how much information is available on this site. I am so looking forward to graduation day for my son. Thank You ,for the response. I hope all is going well for your son.
JessicaB-sailorMom, Thank You, for posting this link. I can already see that you are correct about this being my lifeline for info and support. I'm finding out alot about whats going on with my son's division. His first letter home was very short. I understand time is limited and he's been writing to alot of family and friends. I also found a link that lets me know from week to week what he's going thru. Oct 8th cannot get here soon enough.
