lol Betsy that was funny about being overweight. OK I figured they wouldn't charge for it. I have noticed that D's cough is worse when he is going from cold outside to heated inside. He seems to think it's just the dry heat more than anything. D said the gas chamber cleared out his sinus's and felt great at first then it came back again.

Penny - We are doing the same with D and the phone bill. I am also going to put together a budget with him so he is saving and not spending it all. We will see if he follows it :)

Also, D signed up with USAA yesterday for car insurance. His rate is higher there than it was here because FL has one of the higest insurance rates. But the agent told him that when he transfers to someplace else if he will be there for more than 6 months he can go with that state's rate. He is also switching his residency to FL because they don't have a state tax.

Penny, they shouldn't charge, but you can check online or call the airline to be sure. Btw, I am already starting to cry about Sunday morning's departure too. ((hugs))

I meant that to say that they don't charge if military "luggage" is overweight.  lol

Susan, I'm not sure if A is taking it with him or not.  He goes back and forth on whether he wants me to send it.  I looked online and most airlines will not charge military for being overweight.  How is D feeling now?  I'm beginning to think that A's cough is permanent.  He said he got worse after the gas chamber.

I hope they wont charge them extra for their seabags. CJ is taking his lap top on the plane as well. We kept him on the family plan as well for phone and told him to send $ for his part of the bill. Want him to become responsible for it.

His flight is Sunday morning we finally got the info anyway I can rest knowing exactly when he flies out and when he arrives. Gonna miss him like crazy....

Betsy - D is also going to go through all of his clothes. He will have to give most of them away! D is taking his laptop with him on the plane. Is A not doing this? When D called Pensacola they said he can bring personal things with him. Also, I was thinking yesterday that his sea bag is over the weight requirements for luggage on planes. I assume they won't them extra for this?  Susan

Susan, that is funny about the phone. lol   We kept A on our plan also  We were weak and caved in with A's computer.  We gave it to him early, but only because he is leaving the day after Christmas and I will probably ship it to him in a few weeks.

My A has settled back into his old routines.  He is sleeping in every day and his room is not exactly as neat as it was last week.  lol  Today he is going through his clothes and putting some in a bag for Goodwill.  He won't be coming back to this house anymore (since we are moving back east) and he said that he has a bunch of clothes that don't fit him anymore.  All of his pants are way too big now.  He has been catching up with his friends all week and having fun and, even though I would love to him home every night, I do understand that it's important for him to see all of them too.    :)

I also got D a android phone, but he has to wait until Christmas to open it and I think we have convinced him that it was too expensive and he's not getting it, lol. We also decided to keep him on our plan, no reason for him to pay almost $100 a month when he can stay on ours for a fraction of that.

Anita - Have a blessed Christmas! That party sounds wonderful and your right - Jesus is the Reason for the Season :)

Jacque - I'm so glad J is back to himself. My D is too and I'm trying to not think so hard about Monday :( Just enjoy each day we have and remember it's a gift :)

Penny - D enjoyed getting to know CJ :)
