My daughter is newly stationed at Goose Creek. I'm glad I found this site. My navigating skills around this area are rough. Any suggestions about how to communicate more efficiently?

Betsy   great news!  But that doesn't give you much time, wow!  I called last week on the Keel, they said I should get it any day. I guess I will call back Monday. Did it come regular mail, can't remember if I asked. I will let you know if I find frames, you wouldn't think it would be this hard to find military frames.  Congrats again!

Thank you so much.  Good news, we are on our way to being homeless.  :)  They agreed to our counter offer.    Woohoo!  Now for the hard part, they need to close on March 29.  Yikes!

Have you called about your Keel?  I do know they said on this site, to expect it from 4 to 6 weeks after PIR.   I was looking for that size frame online a few weeks ago and and I didn't have any luck either, sorry.  :(  If you do find one, could you please pass on where you found it?  I did see some 8 x 10's but not the larger ones.

Positive thoughts & prayers to you Betsy.

The pics are wonderful, thanks again Phoebe. I told my D he looks like he is on vacation, he said but I am.LOL

I still haven't received the Keel yet.  It seems like it was weeks ago when everyone else was talking about it.   Has anyone found military picture frames? I know the photo lab has them but I don't remember what they look like. I would  like to have  one for the 11x13 picture all I can find online is 5x7 frames. Have a great day!

Ladies, please say prayers for us today, we have an offer on our house and we are negotiating back and forth now.  :)   The family has 5 kids, just like us and our house is perfect for them.

Just posted some photos. I am now waiting for approval.  Had a great time in San Diego.  If you get a chance to go see your Sailor anytime soon I do recommend it.  It was so nice spending time with S and meeting nanny2's son.  What a nice young man.  So glad S is connecting with some great men and women.  He spent Sunday night with a group at a condo on a beach and still spent time with his old mom and dad.  What a nice son.  Could have been playing volley ball all day Monday at the beach.  But noooo he had mom and dad in town.  So we spent Monday at the Navel Museum.  My nephew and family drove down from Bakersfield and spent Saturday and Sunday with us. It was hard because I wanted to spend the time with S, but also try to make my nephews family feel included. But still had fun and felt like the three of us got to share time together.  Hope all you mom's are doing well...And the newest Mom!!
