Alaina, Ethan and Bob aren't in the same airwing so I don't know about yours but Ethan's squadron is moving overseas in January. I can't say where because the Navy hasn't realeased that info yet. His contract will be up in July so they won't make him move and then move him back is what I am hearing.
I totally understand where you are coming from and I don't have to share with a DIL. I have to share when he comes home. I guess that is why I wanted to go to SD to see his ship come in. That way I didn't have to share but it was his decision for us not to go. If they are going to stay at her mother's house maybe you can call and get a 'lunch date or date night' for just the two of you. If she is going to have one on one time with her mom that would seem that he wouldn't be included for that girl time. I'm sure if you told him that you would like some time alone that they would both understand.
You vent all you want to! That's why we are here! (((NMH)))
dollyslaffin- My daughter rented textbooks at this site for 4 years. You rent them when you need them & then at the end of the semester you send them back. The site is chegg.com She loved it & saved money. Better than the college bookstore.
Well it was a copy of his flight back home but i got that problem solved the Chaplain told me to e- mail it to him and he would print ti out for our sailor. im so glad their is a Chaplain on the ship that has become our friend he has really helped our son out alot these last few weeks. so all is good:)
yea Tammy they told us it wont become official until November first. He could always get a PO box or if he has a friend with a house or apt ask if he can have it sent to him there. I have had my husbands friends mail stuff to my house before. I just hold on to it until they can come get it.
YES looks like we will have to use the old address although i was assured from someone on the ship the new address should work. so if any of you wont tosend a letter, package whatever it will take weeks! i sent my sailor a card on the 7th and he still has not gotten it! its as if they are still out to sea so....if any of you wont to send anything to your sailor send it way ahead of time. Post office is still saying FPO AE 09520-2872 does not exist!!!!!!! I hope they get it corrected by NOVEMBER!! our Sailor will be home in a few short weeks. WooHoo! have a splendid weekend all
