www.cruisebooksource.com (Blue water Publishing):) havent recieved mine yet but suppose to be coming this month. Good day all...
Dawn, I had read that it was a friend that shot him but I didn't know it was his roommate! It's just senseless!
Went to see the family of their son that passed away. Found out that he was shot by his roommate. Their deployment was pushed back until today. He was killed on Saturday evening. If they would have deployed on Friday like they were supposed to it would never have happened. The roommate is also in the Navy & is in custody. NCIS is doing an investigation. Don't know when they will bring his body home to have the funeral. Don't have any clue of what happened to have caused this. So sad for such a young & full of life young man's life to end so tragically. May Kris rest in peace.
We just found out that a sailor from our town died in an accident on the USS Carter Hall. They just left for deployment on Friday. I am truly sorry for their family. I can not imagine losing a child. My thoughts & prayers are with them. May he rest in peace.
We are excited and waiting on our Abraham Lincoln world tour book to come in! suppose to be this month:) Anyone gotten yours yet?
