Linda, So sorry to hear of your sister's diagnosis. I understand your numbness & anger. Be there as much as you can with your sister. This is how we teach others how to get thru horrendous situations..."I remember my Mom...." You are a good teacher, sister & believer...it will be a daily test to give and receive. God bless you & Joanne.

I leave my email open all the time,. only shut down to go to bed, that way with a wiggle of the mouse, it's up on the screen again.

Linda, so sorry to hear of your sister's news. Will pray for her. Something to research: my husband's dad and several brothers worked at Dupont where in the film making plant. Of course, his mom washed his clothes, All the brothers and their wives have died of cancer. differnt places in the body, but cancer. The theory is the chemcials from the film making has caused it.

Any other families affected that worked at the same factory? Chemicals can and are deadly.

My little grandson Raymond is not doing too well.

Dolly will be praying for you get to get better.

Prayers for your sister Linda! I am a cancer survivor and I know that it doesn't only affect the person with it, it affects the whole family! Glad your son gets to come home. Mine also but not sure as to when. His birthday is Sunday :( I miss him terribly!

sounds like fun MM. talked to my sailor several times and he is back at the beach. He'll pick up his dog yet tonight. Who went missing last Tuesday, but I am happy to report that he was found on Friday. I didn't say anything cause I didn't want it to get back to him,

dolly, that poem is wonderful! took me back 20 years. My son was a ring bearer in a wedding. I made him alittle black suit. And when I put that bowtie on him! Wow, I got a glimpse of the future of him as a man.

thanks for the web link again. I saw my boy waving at me., haha

My sailor has called me many times today. Usually starts a conversation and then has to go. The last time was 'the pizza just got here and if I don't get off the phone, I won't get any and I haven't had lunch today.' Once, he had to get off to muster. does the Navy not know that this mama needs to chat with her son? haha I am so glad he is back. He is waiting at the airport to head back to his base. He traveled along for the 'whole' ride.

Mamma Mary, I am glad you will get to spend some time with your son. A long car trip is lots of talk time!
