Happy Friday everyone and I hope you all are getting ready for a great weekend!

A HUGE, WARM WELCOME to our newest members. We are glad you have joined our unique group where you will find great folks to answer your questions and support you through your "Navy" years.

Dori - so glad the sun made its way to your home....I'll not mess with it today. We are looking at another 97 degrees here today.

Will and Hoppi - have a great Friday and an even better weekend!!! Thanks again and again for all your help on here. Hoppi - I hope the days are getting easier for you. You remain in my thoughts and prayers.

Good Morning! 'Tis a beautiful sunny day. Vee, you leave the sun alone this time, okay?

Pda, we all understand the frustration of waiting for a call/message. Our sailors are busy whereas we are waiting on pins and needles. This is normal as the feeling of being anxious. Remember, you would hear of something was not good.

Will, the important thing is you answered the question! Thanks. Now if the sailors complete the modules at different times, doesn't this upset the flow of things?

Hi Will...sorry to hear that you can no longer call the Enterprise home. But, now you have many homes.....I also think you meant your last answer for DORI, but it's something I like to know, too...so thanks!!!

Hi Melanie - hot here too today....no relief in sight. Just saps my energy. I'm still waiting for your email. :D We are riding with our bike club tonight up to the mountains for dinner. Should be a great night to ride.

Catch you later.....

Will, it is always hard to let something enjoyalle go even though you know it will continue without you. In some ways, that's kind of like all of us moms, g'moms, dads, etc., letting our sailors go. We know they are ready and all must move on but still you miss them. It is important that you have time to do your new job well.

I have a question on classing up. It seems that it is happening here and there. When someone classes up, is there a whole classroom of sailors who are classing together?

Victoria called later this evening and requested to hear the health report on the phone. So I gave in. Also, to brag a bit (excuse me please), her ship, the Halsey was awarded "Ship of the Month" and "Ship of the Quarter." In addition, she said she is now assistant section chief (may have the title wrong). It is good to see her gaining self confidence to do what she knows she can do well. B/Z to the Navy!

Hoppi, Many hugs. Losing Rue is losing a family member. Anyone who has had a pet recognizes that.

I'm all happy this evening. Victoria managed a call. I had written a letter and knew as soon as I mailed it she would call. Then all the news in the letter would be old. So I told her she would have to read the health report, which she wanted, in the letter. Then bet she calls again ... hee, hee ... there's method to my madness.
