OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Thank you for posting and sharing your recipes Debbie & Sharon.

The Chicken in Wine Sauce sounds delicious!

I'll be doing grocery shopping later and will be picking up some ingredients for a couple of the recipes. Will let you know how they turn out.

Thanks for joining all new Mom's!

Just added a few more recipes last night.

My grocery shopping day isn't til Friday or sometime during the weekend either Serena. I'll have to wait until then to try any of the recipes here.

I've known since I first had my crock that you can make cakes in them. Just wasn't til recent years I happened to come across the cake recipe. I've only tried it about three or four times. My husband only likes cake baked in the oven.
