Angie, thought about you all day today. it is so hard to leave them. I htink we have such a hard time because they are still so young. I dont know, maybe it would be the same if they were older to.

Worried for Jan hope she made it to her mom in time. I know how important that is.

Chris is homesick. but my mothers intution tells me that is more about not being able to talk to Alyse (gf) She is on a school trip to Ireland and cannot call.

Angie- it is easy,(i just learned) I copy a picture I like and then hit the t box or the image box on the top of the comment box and then paste. It was by trial an error.   OOh and Colby in Hawaii whoo hoo. that is Awesome.....what a beautiful place.

I am also anxious to hear about Jessica.

Well that sure worked---thanks janlee!  Sorry about all these sailors on hold--Ive got a feeling that something will come up a lot sooner.  Also probably lots of time for study--and it is spring...and they are safe.  Perhaps no consolation to them but I think its great!

I just talked to my daughter, she may be on hold at Lakes for a month and a half until she finds out her orders! She said there are about 30 or more awaiting. She also stated that there are some that just left Lakes after being there for three months waiting. And all they can do is clean, she said we are cleaning the same stuff over and over. I told her get some PT in and its a shame they don't let you sit in on other classes or such. She can't come home until she is given her orders. I must say this is not productive on anyones part. These kids are just in limbo. Hope your sailors are doing better than mine, but I guess I have to look at the bright side, at least she's safe and has a roof and meals.

Janie---i cant believe that they wont let Jess come home for a few days!! Are you able to make the trip there?? Do what Angela and Kieth did,,,,drive all night and surprise her..LOL!!  Max is still on hold in CT. He said he has been standing watch for 6 HOURS at a time, and cleaning the same things 4 times a day. He is so frustrated, so tell Jess that she is not alone.

It sounds like we are all going thru a blue period right now...hopefully its short lived. Kelly-- i can just HEAR the sadness in your posts!!  I hope to see (hear) you all smiling again soon..:)

BTW...Janie/Kim...are you guys going to the beach??...lol...that sounds awesome!!  Take lots of pics and send us all a postcard..lol

Adm60---THANKS so much for trying to post something to make us smile.. Just the thought of you doing that made me smile..LOL!...also. when trying to post a pic on here, you need to click on the icon on the top of this comment box that says 'image' when you point your cursor at it. A lot of people have had problems with that when we were in our PIR group...hopefully that was the problem because i would love to see that pic of your dog in a sailboat!!!
