Me too Sue! I would love to send your Dad a birthday card, and anyone else's Dad for that matter. My Dad was a Viet Nam Vet; 1966-1967, and sadly passed March 5, 2012 at the age of 82. I would be more than happy to wish other Dad's a happy birthday or even Father's Day. And I also shouldn't read some of these at work, people do wonder what's going on!
Jodi, you are so kind. Yes, I will let you know. We, the family are now planning a big reunion for Father's Day, 2015 to celebrate his 90th birthday.
So a wave of birthday cards for his 89th bday would be good. He's 88 BTW. I couldn't remember
I am SGT Joy , I am presently deployed to FOB Shank, RC East Afghanistan. My unit is base in New York, it 2-87 Infantry Battalion 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division. I am a Medic and is currently on the night so this morning after coming from the gym my workout partner wanted to pick up deodorant at the Chaplin Closet because our store here the PX is so small and normally runs out of supply very quickly. While there waiting on him to fine a roll on I bump into several boxes of pillow, the Chaplin assistance told me that they had just comes in. |
