We will still do some other small groups this month.

1.    45 soldiers in Haiti.  Matt's mom and I did them.

2.    10 soldiers in the sanbox.  The contact is from Tucson.

3.     Marines from Molly's group.  Lyn was handling the count and knew in order for them all to get      a pc more help was needed.  196 total from HAE crew,  115 after Lyn asked for help.

4.     Dawn in Afghanistan has a new address and location. Need 200.

I am working with a couple of Tucson units.  I'll keep you posted on those possibilities.

Yankee, Praying that your son's promotion goes through.
This was posted on the MAS address room for the Haiti group. I haven't heard from him, but Susan did:

Pillowcases received! They were so excited... Lots of trading and passing around.
does anyone have any pcs made in the Marines print? Lyn is doing the pillowcases for Molly's May group. they are short by 145. I have 5 marines and will mail 2 boxes of pcs to them so about 60-70. My friend Pat is mailing 30. So Lyn still needs about 45 more.

anyone who would like to mail marine themed pcs or even just general theme, please let her know in here. Her mailing date is Monday, 4-26. thanks!
Sue, I can probably come up with about 10. 1 Marine and 9 general, some are kinda duplicates but since there are so many Marines that might not make a difference. Just let me know if I need to send them. I am also sending stuff to that group so I can just add them to my boxes.

I get to go spend a couple hours with Addie tomorrow! Her grandma called today and ask if I could bring some of Addie's toys cuz she doesn't have very many at her house. Of course, I will have the video of her Daddy and his picture book that she always has here. :-) along with her helicopter and books. Her dad got her a toy helicopter for Christmas since that is what he works on also. She loves it.
Kim that is great that you get to spend time with Addie! I bet even though she is young she associates the helicopter with her Daddy. Kids are so smart. Good luck with your visitation rights I hope that everything works out for you.
Kim so wonderful you get to see Addie. I will be praying for you.

yes, plan to send them in the boxes with other stuff. that's great. thank you.
Ok Sue, I'll send 10. Do I need to post it on the Molly group or will you let them know.
Kim, I am glad to hear you will have some time with Addie. :)
Sue, I don't have any with a marine print. I can come up with some general prints if they still need some. I will be out of town until late Sunday so I won't be able to sew any. But I have a stash I can take out of.
let's wait until you get back. Lyn posted something on the MAS page that she needed 25 more. Molly stepped up with 10. so maybe the molly moms will finish the unit.

check in Sunday night and have fun!
Sue - I have Marine print and can make up 10 pcs. Just let me know how what and where. Understand the mailing is for 4/26 if I read this correctly.
