Amen Maryellen.
Ladies, Please keep Ft Hood in your prayers, there was another shooting there today. Sue, Douglas, Amanda and the kids are safe. This base takes a special place in my heart and to hear a shooting has happened again just brought me to my knees. Lets all Band together and pray.
Lord be with the friends and family at Ft Hood, be with them as they try to sort this all out. Be with the family of the one that was lost and the many wounded. wrap your loving arms around this base and protect them. Amen.
If anyone wants to mail a card to Terry, I do have her address. Just shoot me an email.
Here is an update on crew member Nancy, who had the brain tumor:
Hi Sue
Yes this is my 4th week back at work, was able to go back part time 24 hours per week right now. Working mostly 6 hour days but am dog tired when I get done. Know it's just going to take time for the fatigue to improve. Fortunately my boss was willing to work with me for awhile, which I totally appreciate. Vision improving slowly in right eye about 60% blurry now which is better than it was, I do have to have a repeat MRI in June as a followup to check on 2nd smaller tumor that is still there which best just behave itself cause nobody is cutting back into my head anytime soon. I don't have to wear the pirate eye patch over my right eye anymore but do have to wear my contacts along with reading glasses when I'm on the computer. The reading glasses are new but they do help me from getting so tired while on the computer. I did get the final pathology report on the tumor that was removed and it was benign, praise God and should not grow back.
May is fine for shipping pillowcases. If we have more made by them I will advise. If you need us to ship sooner just let me know and yes thanks in advance for the pre paid shipping labels.
Nancy
Sad news from one of our crew:
For those who have been my constant prayer warriors, I want you to know my Mom went home to Jesus Sunday morning. Thanks for your support. Continued prayers for my Dad as he adjusts to life without his partner of 63 years, and for the rest the family as we mourn her loss but celebrate her Heavenly homecoming. Thank you.

Exciting!
Ladies, Look at the new thread at the top of the List. Please make sure you email both Sue and I .
We are still waiting for Spring to arrive. It looks like its going back down into the 30's this weekend. March can be a tough month. But we are all hoping for some warm weather soon. At least its good weather to sew pillowcases.
HAPPY SPRING!
I hope everyone in the colder parts of the country are getting some warmer weather now.
When I lived in Milwaukee many years ago, I remember getting hit with a big snow storm in around April 22 because it was my mom's birthday. YIKES! That's my cheerful news for today haha.
New numbers posted.
I posted some new numbers. I mailed 26 out the other day to 2 small units.
