DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hello Maryland Moms : ) I'm new to the site and just found this group. I'm glad to see so many from our state. My son is scheduled for PIR on 10/29. Is there anyone else going to Great Lakes for that PIR?

Hi Joanne- I'm at work but it's slow right now.
Do you know how Jason got the wound? I'm trying to just let things go- Paul is so matter of fact about stuff. Most times I don't even get to hear what's going on! The apron strings have been cut and the apron thrown away! : (

Cindy- the Navy did dear! I'm surprised they didn't do it earlier before he started BC.
Our Paul had his done and said it was no big deal! He had SIQ for a day. Those dentists know what they are doing- just line the recruits up and ...PULL!!!

It is a beautiful day! How are you POMS? Haven't seen you on here in a while.
Is your son gone yet or still a depper?
