Here is the shawl.  I draped it over our two rockers , so you could get a possible idea of its size. When opened - it can cover a full size bed with fringe draping over the sides.  Then me holding it.

This is the bag.  I turn it inside out so you can see it is lined and we make pockets.

That sounds so nice.  My hubby and I have just completed a Native American Traditional Dance Shawl with matching bag.  We have not make one of these for 2 years.  It came out so nice too. And it leaves here today with some friends attending a near by Pow Wow.  They will decide to whom the shawl will go to.  I would just like to see it dance:) Enjoy your biking and I hope the weather is perfect.

HI - Anyone out there?

Hope all are doing well.  Even with all this heat.  Finally a break here in the weather. Well somewhat of a one.

Only in the 80's but no breeze and is it humid. Now it appears it wants to build up to a rain.  How is it for any of you?

Heard from sailor - he is relaxing a for a short while. His area on the ship passed the inspection - so he can breath easy.  Maybe get a chance to climb Mt. Fugi too.  If that happens I'll post some pics.

Send some gossip - havea a good day  hugs

Thanks - had to get more ribbon and gold thread

Now we can finish the main body of it.  Tomorrow will be cutting the  fringe to the right length - putting a  movie for that.  It will take two movies to completely put every piece of fringe on.  This time - promise to take a picture and post it.

Let you know if he gets to climb. :)

HI

OH thank you OneNavySon.  Your advice is the best for the new moms.  My son has been in so long I have forgotten and then I forgot to ask on another site.  Sorry

About PIR you can take their cell and laptop. See if there is a group for your sailors Div and join it also. My son just graduated in April and the Div group was helpful. There is also a PIR group just for your graduation day. Hope this helps a little.

How are you Donna ?  Getting some vacation?  I know you have to start meetings soon for your school.
