I'll be there for PIR, without a doubt!

Ok, I found out that she will be staying in GL after BC.  Is that A school or pre-A school?  Is San Diego C school or A school?  I'm still confused.

Thanks T-Lynn.  I'm just glad to hear that we will most likely have more than just Friday with him.

Welcome Cindy

I do hope you will get time with him after PIR.  WE were able to visit with our son during the days only.

And my son was among the last to train at Ingleside TX

He is now stationed in Japan.  He is having wonderful adventures and so you will.

Keep talking and asking - we will be hear to listen.

Oh my gosh!  My son is in boot camp now and was also told school would be in Ingleside, but thanks to the ladies on here I found out it is in California.  So A school is in Great Lakes?  I will be so happy if that is the case, means we can spend more time with him after PIR.

Hi 1DYBUGs

Yes, confused we all were, but just ask your question and soon all the pieces of the puzzle fall in.  My son is a MN now in Japan.  You will have many adventures with your daughter.  One thing to learn fast - that Navy Time means - Maybe.

Welcome

Thank you very much Trina.  The hardest part for me is that she is my "baby" the youngest one.  I'm sure this is MUCH harder on me than it is her.  lol

My daughter just went to GL on 07/06 and went in as a MN.  We were told that school was in Ingleside, TX, and found out later that San Diego is actually where she is going.  I'm a little confused as to the sequence of events though.  I thought that was her A school, but now her recruiter is saying that her A school is in GL, and San Diego is her C school.....I'm confused and don't know where she will be or when.  Does anyone have an answer?

Hi and Welcome :)

Hope all is going well for your son.  Get ready for a new ride - if you are not use to military way's.  I was not and had a bumping ride at first.  But then it fits into place.  Except getting use to Navy Time.  Never going to do that one.  I call it Maybe Time.  Maybe he will get to come for visit.  And etc ...

Ask questions and share - will our best to help you along.

Havea good day
